Happy New Year!!!

Just wanted to wish you all a wonderful New Year! I also hope you had a great Christmas that including getting everything on your list!! :) If 2012 is as good as 2011 I'll be a happy camper! Please remember to keep your pets warm this winter, they can't tell us when they're cold! And make sure to give them lots of kisses! :) They love us without wanting anything in return! Oh in other news, one of our baby thoroughbreds is learning to lunge! :) He's doing it all by himself without being told how to do it. It's soooo wonderful! It's been a while!

Things are going well! I've taken on a few lessons. Been quite busy. All the horses and dogs are doing great! :)


It was a such a good pony party season! I'm ready for spring!!!

Nothing really new to report! I'm going to post some pictures of our baby horses one day soon! :)

They are not really ours but it doesn't stop me from loving every inch of them!! :)

What a great year so far!

We have done so many awesome parties! Today we go to Clayton Park Recreational Area to visit Sonya and Maurice! They are such wonderful people and the camp ground is just beautiful!

So no we have a pony for our pony party business! I'm working out prices so that you can have Vinnie and George come to your event or child's birthday party at a reasonable price. That will be updated soon! As for some guidelines for George since he is a small pony (he's actually half shetland pony and half miniature horse) he can only hold up to 75lbs. I would recommend him to children 6 and under only.

The last thing I want to do is hurt him and obviously your children's safety would be in jeopardy if George was to fall due to someone too big riding him. As always, Vinnie's only weight limit is someone that I feel I would not be able to safely remove from his back if there was a problem. Safety is my number one concern. My business is my life and I would not want anything to happen to prevent me from doing this!

October seems to be the month that will fill up fast! I've already got two dates booked! September is another one, working on a third booking for that month! So give us a call soon!!!

Busy Busy!

So the Cow Flop in Throop was AMAZING!!! We have done several parties and it has just been a blast this year! The weather has been a little warm but so far no problems!!!

Please take a moment to pay tribute to our horsey friends that were lost July 24th at Over the Hill Farm in Waverly. Sadly 23 beautiful animals lost their lives and their owners lost their best friends. Our hears went out to each and everyone one of them! 3 horses are recovering and doing better each day. 3 other horses made it out with only minor injuries. It was an earth shattering event to our horse community. Check out our Facebook page to find out how to help and to check out updates!!! There is a benefit horse show going on August 27th, come check it out! Let me know if you want to donate anything!!!

On a lighter note, check out GEORGE! This pony will be coming home next weekend and will be a new addition to True Venture Farm Pony Parties! I'm going to work on pricing if anyone would like to have a horse and a pony at their special event. I'm also going to work with George (Who is an old pro at this!) and see what he feels comfortable with as far as children size, etc...

COW FLOP WEEKEND!

We can't wait to get started! I didn't sleep last night! We will be there 3-7 today and 2-7 tomorrow! Come check us out! Some money from each ride will go to the Throop Booster Club and also to the Griffin Pond Animal Shelter!!! Why not help out some great causes and get to meet Vinnie!! Plus we think we are bringing a new Pony tomorrow! What fun!!!

I think we are in the parade tomorrow which starts at 1 at the Throop Borough Building. Anyone wanna come with us??? Let me know!!! :)

So we have had some amazing parties so far!!! Between the parties and the cover of Happenings Magazine, I didn't think this year could get better! But it has....

....we were asked to do the COW FLOP this year!!! :) YAY! So for all of you out there that want to meet Vinnie, stop on by! It's June 25th and 26th!! We can't wait!!!

Chris got a new job driving for Lowes so he's been crazy busy! It's been a bit rough but as always we are very excited about all the new adventures we get to go on! :) I hope everyone is doing well! Much love!! :)

What a great party!

So last week we had a party for TJ and let me tell you that kid had the biggest smile on his face!!! All the kids were great (young and old)! Lisa was such a great mom for having the coolest party! We made quite a scene in the neighborhood! :) LOVED IT!!!

It's officially Party season and we are so blessed to be starting earlier than last year because the weather is so great! Well, not warm enough yet but it's getting there! I hope everyone is well out there in blog land!

Now for some business news. Due to the rising price of gas and everything else in the world, we will be raising our prices starting May 1st. Any parties booked until then will have the old pricing. I am updating the site to reflect the newer prices. It is with a heavy heart that I do this. The one thing that will NEVER change is our service!

Almost Spring!!!

I don't know about you, but I'm ready for this cold and gross weather to be over! I miss being able to go up to the barn at any time during the day. Now it's so dark when I get out of work, I don't even want to go!

BUT...

Spring is almost here! Which means pony parties are going to be in full swing! It also means that in only 2 months or so, Vinnie will be on the COVER of Happenings Magazine! I can not wait to get my hands on that!!! :) Look out for it! :)

Well, I guess I should make some breakfast and enjoy my day off with the dogs...we got a new one! :) Meet SADIE!! :) She's awesome, but crazy! :)
